Withdrawal from distance purchase contract
As a Consumer, you can withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of physical receipt of goods, without stating any reason.
How to make a return step-by-step?

Complete and submit the withdrawal statement form:
Fill out the online form below and click "Send return request form". Alternatively, you can email your withdrawal notice to: info@ffgroup.global. -
Ship returned goods:
Within a maximum of 14 days from notifying us of your decision to withdraw, ship the products back to the following shipping address:

Receive your refund:
We will process the refund immediately, and no later than 14 days after receiving the statement. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of return shipment is provided.
Important Notice: Sending your return parcel to any address other than the one specified above may significantly delay processing and verification times.
Terms & Conditions of Returns
- Product wear: The returned product must not bear marks of use exceeding those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the returned product is damaged, incomplete, or returned in a severely damaged original box, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally to the loss in commercial value of the product.
- Custom products exclusion: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured on custom order (serving the client's individualized needs) where manufacturing has begun upon the client's instruction.
